Level 2 Freediving will equip you with further knowledge of the mammalian diving reflex and how to initiate the best response for Freediving. Learn new advanced equalization techniques, apnea training methods for increasing depth and time, techniques for oxygen conservation & efficient movement to carry you past 66 ft (20 meters) and develop the skills necessary to freedive to depths up to 100 ft/30m.

AIDA 3 star Course
4 Days - $775pp
Minimum 2, Maximum 4
Price includes all instruction, materials, certification & boat costs
4 day intermediate course is for 2* divers (or equivalent from another agency). Introducing new techniques, training concepts and theory to maximise your oxygen conservation & energy efficiency.
The 3 star course will advance your diving to depths of up to 100ft/30m.

INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED LEVEL COURSES
Entry on to an Intermediate Level training Course (SSI Level 2 or AIDA 3 Star), is offered to those freedivers already holding a full entry level certification (SSI Level 1, AIDA 2 Star or equivalent from another agency).
Entry on to an Advanced Level Training Course(SSI Level 3) is offered to those freedivers already holding the SSI Level 2 or AIDA 3 Star Certification, or equivalent from another agency.
Freediving (Level 3) 4 Days - $825pp
Minimum 3, Maximum 4
Price includes all instruction, materials, certification & boat costs.
The apex of the SSI Freediving Program, Level 3, will take you to depths of up to 132 ft. (40 meters.) Freediving well below the residual volume of the lungs, this is the specialist deep diving course and will equip you with the proper knowledge to take you into the deep blue and beyond. This course focuses on the use of FRC diving & mouthfill-frenzel.
