SSI LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION COURSE
This is your entry point into the fascinating world of Freediving. The SSI Level 1 course will introduce you to techniques that will have you diving in comfort, in control and most importantly, diving safely.
The Level 1 course is a 2 day, full certification course from a globally recognised training agency. This is a performance based experience, during which you'll learn techniques for freediving down to depths between 10 - 20m (33 - 66ft) ..... now there's something to tell you friends about when you get home from vacation!
The colourful and user-friendly student manual is yours to keep for study and reference, your theory sessions with your instructor are informative, fun and interactive and your in-water training sessions bring the whole experience together to create a well rounded and capable freediver.
Completion of the SSI Level 1 leads to the SSI Level 2 Intermediate Course, taking your diving deeper, further and longer!

ENTRY LEVEL FREEDIVING COURSES, 2 OPTIONS...
AIDA 1 STAR CERTIFICATION COURSE
This is a basic entry course, a 1 day experience split over 2 sessions. This course is ideal for those with either limited time to spare or those who are unsure if a full freediving certification is right for them.
Focusing on technique, and maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, this course has a short but informative theory session, a breathing and breath holding session. This course also has a diving session at a snorkel site just off the beach, for this reason this one day course can only be run when weather conditions permit.
This is a performance based course offering instruction on basic technique and comfort in the water, a fun and relaxed way to be introduced to this wonderful sport!
Completion of this course credits toward a full entry level certification.
